Independence statement

Immigration UAE is a brand of Cosmos Immigration, a private immigration and business-services consultancy. It is not affiliated with the Government of the UAE, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE or any UAE government authority.

The platform is operated by Cosmos Immigration, a private firm with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Applications are decided by ICP, GDRFA Dubai, MOHRE, the Federal Tax Authority, the economic departments and the free zone authorities, and by no one else.

1. No guarantee of any outcome

No private firm can guarantee the outcome of a UAE visa, residency or licensing application. Decisions rest solely with the relevant UAE authority. A page describing the published conditions for a route, or a tool result indicating that you may meet them, is not a prediction that your application will be approved.

3. Reliance on official sources, which prevail

Regulated pages are checked against the official pages of the authorities concerned and show the date of that check. Rules, fees, thresholds and procedures change without notice, official pages are sometimes inconsistent with one another, and content may be out of date between reviews. Where an official page does not state something, we say so. In every case the deciding authority’s own page prevails over anything published here.

4. Tools give a preliminary view only

This assessment provides preliminary informational guidance only and is not a UAE government decision or guarantee of approval. The eligibility checker and business setup finder apply published conditions to the answers you give; they do not verify those answers and do not consider every factor an authority may weigh.

5. No professional fees are quoted

Where a fee appears on the site it is an official government or authority charge, cited to the page it came from at the review date. Professional fees are discussed only in a consultation and are never quoted on this site.

7. If you find an error

Email info@immigration-uae.com with the page address and, if you have it, the official source. The process we follow is described in the fact-checking and regulatory review page.
