Common questions

Short, honest answers. If yours is not here, ask us on WhatsApp.

Ask on WhatsApp
How much does it cost to set up a company in the UAE?

It depends on the jurisdiction, your activity and how many visas you need. We give you a clear written quote that separates our service fee from the government and third-party fees, so nothing is hidden. Government fees are published on each page with their source; our professional fee is quoted in writing after a free consultation.

Do I need to be in the UAE to start?

Not always. Several free zones, including IFZA, allow a remote company setup, and you complete the residency and Emirates ID steps when you arrive. We tell you exactly which steps need you in person.

Can I own 100% of my company?

In most cases, yes. The UAE allows 100% foreign ownership across the free zones and on most mainland activities under the Commercial Companies Law. A short list of activities still needs a local partner or agent; we check yours before you commit.

What is the Golden Visa and do I qualify?

It is a long-term residency of 5 or 10 years with no sponsor, for property and public investors, entrepreneurs, skilled professionals, talent and outstanding students. Our free eligibility checker maps your situation to the official ICP criteria before you speak to anyone.

Will you help after the licence is issued?

Yes. The same advisor helps with your establishment card, residence visas, Emirates ID, bank-account introductions and on-time renewals. You are not handed off to a call centre.
