What Immigration UAE is, and what it is not
An independent, privately operated platform for people who want to visit, live, invest or start a business in the UAE. It is run by Cosmos Immigration, with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and it exists to give you the published rules accurately before you speak to anyone.

Immigration UAE is a brand of Cosmos Immigration, a private immigration and business-services consultancy. It is not affiliated with the Government of the UAE, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE or any UAE government authority.
What this platform is
Immigration UAE is an information and advisory platform covering UAE visit visas, residence visas, family sponsorship, the Golden Visa, investor routes and company formation on the mainland, in free zones and offshore. Every regulated page answers the question first, then sets out conditions, documents, process and official fees, and closes with the official sources it was checked against and the date of that check.
Immigration UAE is the UAE business-setup, visa and residency brand of Cosmos Immigration, a private immigration and business-services consultancy operating since 2014 with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Hyderabad. It is the same firm, the same team and the same experience, focused on the UAE. Cosmos Immigration holds a 4.9-star rating across 1,200+ Google reviews. Enquiries made through this site go to that firm’s consultants, so you know who is behind the information you are reading and who will reply when you write.
Two tools sit alongside the guides: a Golden Visa eligibility checker and a business setup finder. Both give a preliminary, reasoned view based on the published conditions. Neither is a decision, and neither asks for your details before showing you the result.
How we work
Four stages, in this order, for every topic on the site.

Research
Each topic starts with the law itself and the issuing authority: the decree-law, the Cabinet resolution, then the service card published by ICP, GDRFA Dubai, MOHRE, the FTA, DET or the free zone. Third-party websites are read for context only and are never the source of a rule.

Official-source verification
Every fee, threshold, document and step on a regulated page is traced to an official page and recorded in our source register with the date it was checked. If the official page does not state something, the page says “not stated” rather than estimating.

Scheduled review
Pages carry a visible review date and a review cycle of 30, 60 or 90 days depending on how often their content changes. Announcements from the authorities trigger a re-review outside the cycle.

General information stops where your circumstances begin. When you send an enquiry, a consultant at Cosmos Immigration reads it, checks the route against your situation and replies with what is realistic and what it would involve.

What we do not do
We do not guarantee outcomes
Visa, residence and licensing decisions are made by the relevant UAE authority. We explain the published conditions and give a considered view. We never promise approval, and we say so when a route is not realistic.
We hold no government role
This is a private platform. We are not a government portal, an authorised channel of any authority, or a typing centre acting on an authority’s behalf. Applications are decided by ICP, GDRFA Dubai, MOHRE, the FTA, the economic departments and the free zone authorities.
We do not provide legal representation
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and no client or advisory relationship is created by reading it or by sending an enquiry. Where a matter needs a licensed legal practitioner, a consultant will tell you so.
We also do not quote professional fees on this site. Where a page shows a fee, it is an official government or authority charge, cited to the page it came from. Professional fees are discussed only in a consultation, once we understand what your case involves.
How enquiries are handled
When you use a form on this site, or write to us by email or WhatsApp, this is what happens.
- Your enquiry is stored in a lead record on the hosting account for this site and sent by email to the operator’s enquiry inbox. You receive a reference number and a short acknowledgement.
- A consultant reviews the route you are asking about, your country of nationality and residence, and any details you provided, then replies by email, phone or WhatsApp during office hours.
- If it is worth a conversation, we arrange a consultation. Only after a written engagement does any professional relationship begin; until then you have received information, not a service.
- Your details are used to answer your enquiry and are not sold or passed to third parties for marketing. The full position is set out in the privacy policy.
Please do not send passport scans, Emirates ID numbers or other identity documents at the enquiry stage. The forms do not ask for them, and a consultant will tell you if and when documents are needed. Read the privacy policy for what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
Offices
Cosmos Immigration operates from three offices, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Hyderabad. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00–19:00 (GST). Consultations are by appointment.
